Falcon Transport has contracted with TRANSFLO Express to get your documents in easier and with more certainty than in the past.   With this service, you will be able to get your Load information to us in a matter of minutes instead of days. You will pay nothing at the truck stop for scanning your documents..        

Below are the simple procedures that need to be followed in order for you to get paid promptly:

- Cover Sheet must be used to scan documents.

- Cover Sheet is required for each load

- Cover Sheet must be scanned first for each load

- Be sure to fill out the cover sheet with required information

- Remove all staples & paper clips

- Please write clearly to ensure no delays in payroll

- Place all pages face up

- Keep all original paperwork for a minimum of 60 days

- Scan only authorized documents

- Paperwork must be scanned by Close of Business @ 17:00 hrs to meet payroll cutoffs.

 

Authorized documents to be scanned are:  

- Cover Sheet

- Bill of Lading

- Delivery Receipt

- Lumper Receipts

Authorized documents to be scanned are:  

-  Gate Pass

-  Canadian Manifest

LOGS ARE NOT TO BE SCANNED.  LOGS ARE TO BE MAILED OR TURNED INTO YOUR DOMICILE TERMINAL.   IF LOGS ARE SCANNED THEY WILL BE DISCARDED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE FOR THE SCANNING.   

This service does not apply to Ford Avon Lake Shuttles & GM Shuttle, or GM dedicated driver.   Shuttle drivers and GM dedicated drivers are to continue turning their paperwork in the same manner as in the past.
