Roadside Inspection Rewards

The way to be successful during roadside and scale inspections is to get in the habit of pre-trip inspecting yourself, your truck, your load and paperwork BEFORE you leave the yard, truck stop or rest area. Make sure that all observable defects are corrected immediately example clean your mirrors and lights, check tires for service ability , make sure all lights work, make sure your paper work is correct and in order.

Be prepared and ready for an inspection every mile of every trip. You will experience less stress. Your company will appreciate the “No Violations” inspections you earn and as you produce more “No Violations “inspections for your company, you will not be stopped as often for inspections. It really is a WIN – WIN situation. Thanks for your time and efforts concerning compliance and safety on roadside inspections.

Falcon has a driver incentive program for clean inspection.

Get 2 x $10 = a total of $20 gift certificate for each clean inspection.

(5) Clean inspections = $ 100 worth gift certificates.

The inspection report received from the roadside inspection must be sent to corporate as soon as possible.

Compliance Requirement

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations require all Commercial Driver License holders to self-certify and update their medical certificate information.

All drivers must self-certify themselves as non-exempt interstate and ensure that their medical documentation (physical and/or medical card) is on file with the CDL state issuing agency and that it remains current.  Failure to do so will result in the loss of CDL privileges.  Additionally , if CDL privileges are revoked and ;you continue to drive, you will be shut down by DOT which will impact your CSA scores.
